Last updated 12 August 2026  ·  Applies to casinougc.com and every campaign we run for you

01

Who we are

This website is operated by COGNOVATE LABS FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, which trades as Lumina Clippers. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean COGNOVATE LABS FZCO.

We are the controller of the personal information described below, which means we decide what is collected and what it is used for. If you would rather speak to a person than read a policy, write to hello@luminaclippers.com and we will answer.

02

What this policy covers

It covers the information we collect when you browse casinougc.com, when you send us an enquiry through the contact form, and when you email us. It also covers the information we hold about you while we are running a campaign for you.

It does not cover the social platforms your campaign runs on. When a creator posts a clip on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or X, that platform collects data under its own policy, and we have no control over it.

03

Information you give us

The contact form on this site is the only place we ask you for anything. These are the exact fields, and nothing else on the page collects information about you:

  • Full name — required, so we know who we are replying to.
  • Work email — required, the only way we can send you a reply or a plan.
  • Company name — optional, helps us understand the brand before the call.
  • Website URL — optional, we look at it so the first call is not spent on background.
  • Services you are interested in — optional, tells us which team should pick it up.
  • Estimated monthly content volume — optional, sets the rough scale of the campaign.
  • Project details — optional free text, whatever you choose to tell us.

The free-text box is yours, so please only put in it what you are comfortable sending by email.

04

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host and our analytics record basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the site or search that sent you.

We use this in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site secure. We do not use it to build a profile of you as an individual.

05

Why we use your information

We use it to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, to run and report on your campaign, to send campaign-related email, to keep our records and invoices straight, and to keep the site secure.

Our lawful bases are your consent when you contact us, the performance of a contract once you engage us, our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, and our legal obligation to keep certain records.

06

Cookies and tracking

We use only what the site needs to work, plus privacy-conscious analytics to count visits and see which pages get read.

We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the site will still work.

07

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the service providers that make the business run — our hosting provider, our email provider, our analytics tool and our payment and accounting providers — and only to the extent they need it.

Creators working on your campaign receive the brief and the material needed to make the videos, not your commercial details. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

08

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months, in case you come back. Campaign records, contracts and invoices are kept for as long as tax and company law requires.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

09

Where your data is stored

Our providers may store and process data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

10

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.

To use any of these, email hello@luminaclippers.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and our providers are chosen for their security posture.

No system is perfect, so we do not claim to be unbreakable. If a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

12

Children

This site and our services are for businesses, and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

13

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the business or the law changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.

If a change is significant and affects people who have already contacted us, we will say so clearly.

14

How to contact us

For anything about this policy, your data, or a request to delete it, write to hello@luminaclippers.com.

You can also reach us through the contact page. A person reads every message.
